Our exchange policy allows for the replacement of products purchased from Twinsea.fun under certain conditions. Please review the following details regarding our exchange process:

Eligibility for Exchange

Products are eligible for exchange if they meet the following criteria:

  • The exchange request is made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and has all tags attached.

Exchange Process

  2. Provide a detailed description of the reason for the exchange.
  3. Include proof of purchase with your exchange request.

Exchange Options

Upon approval of your exchange request, you may choose from the following options:

  • Replacement with the same product, subject to availability.
  • Exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value. If the replacement product is of greater value, the price difference will be charged accordingly.

Exclusions

Please note the following exclusions from our exchange policy:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after purchase.
  • Items purchased from sources other than Twinsea.fun.
  • Exchange of products beyond the 14-day eligibility period.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred when returning products for exchange. However, shipping costs for sending the replacement product to the customer will be covered by Twinsea.fun.
